I haven’t received my order marked as ‘Delivered’.
We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your order yet!
The vast majority of our orders arrive safe and sound but if the tracking information doesn’t seem to be correct then we are happy to assist with this to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. If you haven’t received an item marked as “delivered”, we recommend that you do the following:
Check with neighbours and other people at the address to see if someone else has received your package on your behalf.
Take a look around your delivery address in case this has been left in a safe place by the courier.
Double-check that the delivery address for your order is correct.
You can access this from your order confirmation, digital invoice or on our track your order page. If your delivery address is correct and you’re unable to locate your order, please contact our customer service team and we will be able to provide further assistance with this.
