FAQ's

What is the status of my order?

You can easily find out the status of your order on the track your order page of our website. You'll be able to see your order details and delivery address, view your order invoice, as well as access any tracking information and your order's current status.

Payment Accepted - Your order has been received and will start being processed shortly.

Printed - We've started preparing your order and will be leaving our warehouse soon.

Shipped - Your order is on its way to you and tracking information can be accessed using the blue 'Track Shipment' button.

Info Requested - We need some more information from you before we ship your order - please check to see if you've received any emails from us!


Alternatively, we're making a requested change to your order.

Order Updated - Any requested changes have been completed and your order will be on its way to you soon.

Resend - We are resending some items to you - keep an eye out for new tracking information for these!

Returned - Whoops, your order has found its way back to us! Please check your emails for notification of this as we’ll be happy to help resend your star package to you.
