I need to change my delivery address.
If you need to make a change to the address your order is being shipped to, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address so we can ensure that this is changed before your order is dispatched.

If your order has already been shipped (What is the status of my order?), we’re unfortunately not able to change the delivery address at this time. However, you may be able to contact the courier directly to have your package redirected to a different address. If your order has been returned to our offices due to a problem with your delivery address, we’ll let you know straight away and we’ll be happy to arrange for this to be resent to you as soon as possible!
