How do I ensure the star is visible in my area?
We have the option for you to choose a ‘’randomly assigned’’ constellation free of charge. Your star will then be assigned based on your delivery information which we receive upon purchase making it visible in that area. You can also choose a specific constellation for an additional charge to ensure the star is visible in your area. If you unsure which constellation to choose, take a look through our constellations or contact our customer service team for more information
