My Gift Tin or discount code isn’t working.
We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble redeeming your code! If you are trying to enter this but are receiving an error message, please take a screenshot of the error message and the code you are trying to redeem and send this to our customer service team. We’ll be happy to take a look into the issue and provide advice on this. When entering your discount code, please make sure that this is typed in exactly how it has been provided - if you’re able to, copying and pasting your code is always recommended!
