Do you use discrete delivery packaging?
Having a star named after someone is a very special gift, so we want to make sure that this remains a surprise until the recipient opens it! All of our items are shipped in plain brown packaging and feature “Do Not Bend” or “Fragile” warning labels. Star Name Registry isn’t referenced on the delivery packaging, with the provided returns address listing our parent company’s name, RGifts.
We won’t include a copy of your order invoice inside the delivery packaging, so you can safely send this directly to the recipient without having to worry about them seeing any price tags! If you are shipping an item outside of the UK, we may be required to attach a customs declaration label to the delivery packaging.
