My order is being returned by the courier.
We’re sorry to hear this! If your order is being returned to us by the courier, there are a variety of reasons as to why this might be. It could be that the delivery address provided is incorrect or missing essential information, or it could be that delivery was attempted but unsuccessful and the item wasn’t claimed from the courier within the holding period.
We include our warehouse address on all items we send out so if your order is being returned, it will find its way safely back to us.
If we receive an item returned to our warehouse by the courier, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible to let you know as well as confirm the reason this has been returned, if one has been provided. We’ll be able to make sure your delivery address is correct and have this sent out for you again for no extra cost.
