To find your star in the Star Register and via our ‘ Find My Star ’ app for iOS and Android, you’ll only need the 7-9 digit unique star reference number from the top of your certificate or your order confirmation email. When you first open our Star Register website or mobile apps, you’ll be able to see the most recently named stars. Enter your unique star reference number into the search bar at the top of the screen to bring up the star that you have named. When your star’s record has appeared, you can select this to see the name, coordinates and constellation of your star. You’ll also be able to see your star through our Star Viewer, where your star will be highlighted with an arrow, as well as through partner services such as Google Sky, NASA SkyView and ESO Archive. All of the stars that are named with us are recorded in our online database, known as the Star Register. This is a publicly accessible website where you can search for the star you have named and see real colour photographs of it in the night sky! The stars most recently named with us can be found on our Star Register’s homepage, but you can look up your star by entering the 7-10 digit star reference number from the top of your star deed certificate. No computer? No problem! You can also access our Star Register from your smartphone using our free ‘Find My Star’ smartphone app so you can show off your star on the go! Read more

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email from us to let you know of this. You’ll be able to access the tracking information for your order from that email by clicking the yellow ‘Track Order’ button. If you can’t find your shipping notification email then that’s not a problem! You can also track your order via our website by entering your order number and email address, which will allow you to see your order’s status, address and star details, and access the courier’s tracking information. Yes, of course! We offer stars that are visible from locations all over the world so you’ll be able to name a star in the night sky from where you live. Our customer service team can be contacted for advice on which constellation is right for you. We ship our orders worldwide and delivery outside of the UK is expected to take 1-12 business days, with the exact time scale varying depending on the destination country. We’ll be happy to help issue you with new documents! Please get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll be able to arrange this for you. If you know your order number or unique star reference number, please have this to hand. If you’re not sure of these, you can alternatively let us know of the name and email address used to place your order so we can locate this in our system. Read more

There are no subscription fees to keep your star on our register, so once a star has been named with us, it will stay on our Star Register forever. Our register is backed up on a daily basis, with each backup stored securely, to ensure that your star will not be removed. Read more
