My order has arrived damaged.

We’re so sorry to hear that your order has arrived with you in a condition less than perfect! Our dispatch team would never send a package out with damage and so we’re afraid that it appears your star package has been damaged in transit by the courier. If you’d like to get in touch with our customer service team with pictures of the damage to your star package, we’ll be happy to take this up with the courier and arrange to have your damaged products replaced for you as soon as possible.
