This weeks charity shoutout goes to Welsh Hearts / Calonnau Cymru, one of the leading heart charities in Wales.
They’re looking to get as many public access defibrillators available in Wales as possible, as well as the necessary CPR and defibrillator training.
Cardiovascular disease accounts for a 1/3 of all deaths in Wales -someone with the right training and access to the right equipment could ensure that a life is saved.
